Abstract

This study discusses the optimization of learning through private tutoring, focusing on the analysis of its advantages, implementation, and impact on addressing students' learning difficulties. Private tutoring has been proven to excel in providing individual attention to students, which can enhance their motivation and understanding of the subject matter. The implementation of this method requires careful planning and appropriate strategies, including the use of technology and innovative learning media to support the learning process. The positive impact of private tutoring is evident in the improvement of students' academic performance, social skills, and self-confidence. Additionally, this method contributes to the development of students' character, preparing them to face future challenges. This study emphasizes that with the right approach and support from all relevant stakeholders, private tutoring can be an effective strategy in enhancing educational quality and helping students overcome learning difficulties.
