Abstract

This article proposes the Fingerprint Matrix as a personalized framework for interpreting human spiritual development by integrating Spiral Dynamics and integral psychology. While Spiral Dynamics describes recurring value orientations, the Fingerprint Matrix captures individual variations in vMEMEs, developmental lines, center of gravity, accessibility, integration, and biographical scars and gifts. The study outlines a three-phase, multi-method design comprising conceptual synthesis, expert Delphi review, and multiple-case application. The reported results include preliminary case profiles, a Green-centered developmental profile, three illustrative cases, comparative utility scores, and a practitioner implementation toolkit. Green-oriented expressions and moral–interpersonal development emerge as recurring patterns in the presented profiles. The manuscript reports a mean utility score of 8.88 for the Fingerprint Matrix, compared with 3.38 for traditional approaches, alongside projected benefits from individualized interventions. However, incomplete documentation of the underlying data and the completion of the proposed validation procedures limits the reproducibility and interpretation of these findings. The framework therefore represents a conceptual and practical proposal rather than a validated assessment tool. Its primary contribution is to support more contextual, collaborative, and person-centered approaches to spiritual guidance while establishing a foundation for further empirical validation.
